Block Dollar Agreements
Managecast, in order to provide an economical and convenient approach to supporting an organization's network computing needs, offers a pre-purchased block dollar agreement that organizations can purchase in advance of a need. This agreement is not a guaranteed response plan but a way for an organization to pre-purchase block dollars to be used for project and pre-planned maintenance. If an emergency occurs, Managecast will make a best faith effort to provide support but we cannot guarantee our response as our customers with guaranteed plans take first priority. Managecast will give Block Dollar Agreement customer requests priority over non-Block Dollar request for consultant's services. Discounts are provided based on the number of support hours purchased. Guaranteed Response Agreement
Managecast offers a guaranteed response addendum that can be added to a Block Dollar agreement or included in a customized solution to provide a higher level of responsiveness to meet a specified SLA. This optional fee will provide same day response and a guaranteed 4-hour response for emergency requests at the current block rate.
